This is a good place to use the internet. However, they cut you off at 30 minutes during lunch hours. Therefore, I recommend coming in the morning or afternoon/evening. On my last trip here, there was only one person working the register, which lead to a long line and several angry customers. The food is pretty standard for the chain, so I don't have any special comments to make on that topic.

I walked out cried. I had s long day and I want something good to eat. But I walked in and this girl is a complete asshole to me. She didn't understand my question and she was being rude to me. She started giggling with other customers. I felt so embarrassed. So I told her how I felt before I left. She rolled eyes and say ok sorry. I don't even know if I wanna snap on her or cry. I just had a long day and I just want food I try more to be nice to her I just want to eat. I explain I am not speak well and say sorry to her she kept giggle and turn back to me. Every one in there look at me like I stupid I walk out and cry. Manager not even try to help I have money I am not bag for food I speak nice why she did to me. The bitch name Kristine.

My one star was deserved without a doubt. Went in for some baked goods there were only four of the item that I wanted. When I asked if they were making more they said no and I said why aren't you making more and the salesgirl could not really give me an answer only to say that they had to rush and they were out of what I wanted. When I tried to look at her name tag it was turned around. I did see Nicole the manager but did not say anything to her or question why fresh baked goods were not being replenished. I was under the assumption that they would have had extra baked goods on hand instead of leaving empty trays in their display case. I guess the main reason I'm giving it a one star is not because they were out of everything that I wanted but it was the way to the salesperson interacted with me. I couldn't even call her by name and when I ordered the first four items instead of continuing along with my order she wanted to ring everything up separately like categorizing items. I found that to be very odd like she couldn't remember what was in each box or bag maybe that's the way they do it I don't really know. I will return to order their food and hopefully get the baked goods that I want the next time. I guess I just have to go in a little earlier then four in the afternoon.

Horrible service. Staff is rude & slow. I waited in line for 30 minutes while 3 dumb kids ran the one register. They hire 16 year olds to run a restaurant. The manager made my smoothie. She only filled the cup 3/4 & when I asked why she said it was corporate policy. I will not return to this establishment until they hire a new staff (hopefully they hire a few people with common sense).

These 2 stars are not for the food, I really like the food but the customer service is horrible, this is the first time i write a bad review and I think it is necessary. The customer service and the quality of product you offer are always going together.

I go to this place at least once or twice a month for lunch. My favorite is the soup and half sandwich. I change it up a bit but it's always good. Coffee is good, too! I like it better than brand "S." I especially like the flavored coffee. They always have a nice display of sweets but I only drool because I am a diabetic and can't eat that stuff. I sure wich I could.

I don't usually visit this particular location but since we were in the area shopping, we decided to stop for lunch. I don't mind a somewhat long line. There were three girls taking orders and the line went fairly quick. As soon as I got to the front, everything changed. The counter girl wasn't smiling at all. Now, I don't mean being serious but she looked absolutely ticked off at the world and asked my husband "What do you want?". No hello or anything. So we ended up ordering a couple of soup and sandwiches along with soda and a cinnamon roll. As soon as I saw a few bugs flying around those cinnamon rolls, I decided to pass. Our food took a little longer since we were quite hungry but the smiling and friendly girl (finally a smile!) Told us our food would be up as soon as she could get it to us when we asked. Once our lunch was ready, she handed it to us with a big smile and told us to "Have a Super day!". She was the best part of the visit. We tried to find a clean table, and just opted for one with some crumbs. My husband went to get a pop and when he got back, I noticed something black floating in it. That grossed us out so we just opted to share the water I brought with me. The sandwich and soup soup were both hot and tasted okay. We finished most of them and threw the rest away. Th women's bathroom was disgusting. One stall had toilet paper all in in and it didn't seem to flush. The garbage was also overflowing. When we left, there was no line and there were two girls standing there and didn't bother saying goodbye or anything to us. Some of these issues might seem minimal to some but to my husband and I, this makes or breaks a future visit for us. A dirty restaurant doesn't work for us but it is nice to know you have someone making sure that food goes out with a genuine smile.

This place used to be good, but has really gone down hill. The food is not great and the bathrooms at this location are always filthy. It's gross.

The tuna sandwich I had was great! It comes with chips (at least what I got) and I got a side of mac just to try it out and it was great as well rich cheese flavor. The only con was the dinning area a bit messy

The absolute worst visit to any Panera ever!! Thw service was horrible...the cashier was unengaging and apathetic. The food was terrible. How do screw up a Cobb salad...by not putting rock hard avocado, no bacon, no egg, and no tomato on it... even though it was ordered with no modifications. And Greek dressing as the "comes on it" dressing it nasty...offer a choice at the register. The dining area was dirty and had a dirty feeling about it. If I could give it 0 stars, I would...shame on you Panera...mgnt needs to get in there!

The restaurant on weekends is poorly managed lack of leadership. Lines are always long. I would not recommend this restaurant on weekends. May wait a long to to be self served.

For a chain Panera Bread is pretty darn good. Usually great sandwiches along with pretty good coffee drinks, salads and a decent free Wi Fi system they're generally a pretty good draw for me, especially when I have to meet with some to do some quick business, grab some computer bytes as well as a bite to eat. Like all Panera's this one is clean, bright, pleasant and orderly, but unlike most Panera's seems improperly managed with a staff seemingly always confused, especially on Sunday mornings when the pressure is on and the place gets crowded. The idea behind a chain of course is consistency, a place that no matter which location you select the food and service is the same with little deviation and above all no surprises. The problem I have with this location however is that the consistency I seem to get when placing an order happens to be surprises caused by something going wrong; particularly on Sunday mornings when so many people seem to be waiting for the nearby Sear's store opening which, oddly enough, isn't until noon. I've been here a number of times, at first considered the inordinate delays of delivery or incorrect orders just a fluke but then I've seen the same happen to others which I've only rarely observed at other Panera locations with the only satisfaction for me being the knowledge that wasn't personally jinxed or marked. Hence, though I'd usually give any Panera four Yelp stars, I can only go three for this particular location.

For a chain, they make all their breads on premises. The bread is awesome. They also cater and there's no additional charge for delivery. And we had it delivered on Easter, and there was still no additional delivery charge. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Portion sizes are great and the prices are very fair for the value you get. For our recent delivery, we had the assorted sandwich platter, which had Asiago Roast Beef; Ham & Cheese; and the Mediterranean Vegi Sandwiches. All were great. We also had the Fuji Apple Salad and the Thai Chicken Salad. Both were exceptional. Also in the order was Broccoli cheese soup & Chicken noodle soup. Since I was a bit hungover, I opted not to try the soups, but our guests enjoyed them. To finish off the meal they delivered fresh out of the oven chocolate chip cookies, which were awesome. The whole thing was for 12 people and we had plenty of leftovers and the total bill including tax & tip (our option) was $214. It also included a huge container of coffee. They do the little things, great packaging, all utencils, napkins, all the coffee sweetening options, cups, bowls, plates and 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee. This was a complete meal all the way. I've ate many times at the actual store, and it's always clean and moves along nicely, plus they have free wi-fi.

At 10:58 I was very rudely told that they stopped serving breakfast at 11. So does that mean I can't get a bagel and cream cheese either because technically that's breakfast. Maybe the not so charming personality is what made it worse than need be.

I really love the food choices here. They also have the calories right next to the menu which is great if your trying to watch what you eat. Every time I have come to this particular store they are very kind and helpful. I will be definitely returning when I can.

This is the best "fast food" chain I've been to. Starting with breakfast, the bagels are great. I like their cinnamon crunch bagel, but sometimes it's too sweet. So an alternative would absolutely be the french toast bagel. Now if I'm not in a sweet bagel mood, I go for the asiago cheese bagel. The coffee is acceptable, better than Dunkin Donuts in my opinion. For lunch or dinner, I love their black bean soup! It's got the perfect seasoning and it's not bland at all. I love all their breads as well. The baguettes are always crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Most of their soups there are good, but I have my own preferences due to my palette. But my dad loves the broccoli cheddar, and the Sierra Turkey sandwich. My boyfriend also likes the Sierra Turkey and the Italian sandwich. The pastries always look so good but I've only tried their blueberry muffin that was okay. Overall this is the best fast food, cheap place to eat in my area and anywhere one is located.

I've always liked Panera and have been to dozens of their stores around the country. This Panera is the only one I've been disappointed by. I've been to this one several times and they consistently have the same problems. On their tuna sandwich, I've been served here three different ways; once with no tuna, another time with a scoop in the middle of the sandwich and once with tuna that had not been mixed into a tuna salad, just big clumps out of the can. There is almost never more than one person at the registers and the line moves real slow. There is a manager there named Carlos who is so rude and surly, he should not be allowed to interact with customers. i'll continue to eat at Panera, just not this one.

I gave this Panera bread in Pompano Beach a try and I wasn't that impressed like always. I always hear positive things about Panera and go and really taste average food. They have friendly service and internet connection, but you would be surprised how many calories are packed in all these seemingly innocent foods. I personally like the broccoli and cheese soup in the giant sour dough bread. They also have decent roast beef sandwiches. The bread products are always fresh but never stun me.
